Cyber security and looking after customers data is of huge importance to any business.
We were asked by National Express to help address some of keys issues they had identified in which possible data breaches could take place and help communicate best practice to their employees around how to avoid being the victims of cyber-crime.
We worked with the team at NE to produce a series of scripts, each addressing a different area of data protection, and looked at both examples of how issues can arise and then the best practice approaches to take to avoid issues happening in the future.
The series of 5 animations were launched via their internal communications channel to all national express employees, but also their partner networks. These were supplied with English voice over but also version with German and Spanish voiceovers . Each version was also fully subtitled in the appropriate language.
